If you find any manufacturing defects, such as damage to the flacon or improper fragrance, you may exercise your right of complaint in accordance with the warranty law. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Watches
Watches sold at Ritzy Rules, especially used ones, also come with a seller’s warranty, which is 12 months. The warranty covers any hidden defects in the mechanism and other components of the watch that may affect its functionality. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or repairs performed outside of authorized service centers.
